Hi! I’m Jeanne.
As a woman, mother, business owner, human, I get what overwhelmed feels like. It can show up in so many different ways – anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and good old-fashioned stress. It’s awful. My approach is to work with you to find out what tools can help you feel more in control, and more like yourself.
I use a variety of techniques, but borrow heavily from Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Therapy. I tailor our approach to what fits best for you and helps you be who you want to be.
I’m not going to lie, therapy can be hard. Crying happens. However, in my office or in my virtual appointments, there is also a lot of laughter. It feels good to shed the hard stuff and we will celebrate it every step of the way!
